The plan's decisive commitment is value-driven foreign policy with a freer world for all as the goal, where Sweden shall do much more globally for freedom and rights. The plan also explicitly demands that Sweden in the long term works for abortion rights to be recognized internationally and that aid focuses on gender equality, which is the core of the counter-proposal's demand for continued SRHR work and a strong global voice. The plan wants to increase housing construction and replace complex detailed plans with simpler building plans in a situation of housing shortage in 207 of 290 municipalities. Binding lifecycle limit values for buildings' climate impact would add a new and cost-driving regulatory framework precisely at that point. The plan's climate line is also that measures should be effective and not expensive symbolic politics, with emphasis on electrification and carbon dioxide capture.
