The election manifesto's housing line is more housing and more market, with freely agreed rent in new construction and abolished building subsidies, whereas the party programme's starting point is power over one's own housing and voluntary tenure form. The counter-proposal's new goal is instead based on housing as a fundamental right and on equal and ecologically and socially sustainable frameworks.
