Rejection of the proposal

The election manifesto calls the refugee policy built on conditional and insecure conditions a form of psychological violence against an already vulnerable group, and the party programme requires reception under dignified circumstances with solidaristic criteria. The counter-proposal's requirement to instead raise the quality of reception and address overcrowding and insecurity, instead of new sanctions, therefore aligns with the plan's direction.
