Incitement against ethnic groups

The plan establishes that discrimination on the basis of disability can never be tolerated and that the too weak anti-discrimination legislation shall be strengthened, and that attacks on the right to live as others shall be fought. Adding disability as a protected ground for incitement against a group is such a strengthening. The criminal provision is not mentioned in the plan, but the principle addresses the issue.

The plan counts ability status as one of the power structures that create systematic subordination and wants a society without hierarchy where people with disabilities can live like others. The party programme makes it society's duty to prevent hate speech against groups and violations of individuals.
