The election manifesto makes combating Islamists and criminal gangs a main issue and wants to see a significantly strengthened external border security with maintained legal security. Asylum rights shall be protected so that the one with grounds stays and the one without grounds leaves the country, which presupposes that the authorities can identify persons who pose a security risk. The counter-proposal's demands for prioritized work with security risks thus lie in the plan's direction.
