The plan is anti-racist and requires that discrimination in the labour market be stopped and that it become easier to educate oneself after primary school regardless of who you are. A stricter Swedish certification requirement as admission requirement directed at those with another mother tongue instead shuts people out of a female-dominated welfare profession. The plan's path to integration runs through work and language learning on the job and through more doors into the job market, not through raised barriers into education.
