The election manifesto states that the tightening of migration policy is fixed and the party programme bases policy on regulated immigration; more effective return work is in line with this. The counter-proposal wants to stop the proposal citing overly large restrictions on individuals' rights. The election manifesto demands strict migration policy and the party programme that irregular migration is countered, which speaks for an order that makes return work more efficient. The counter-proposal's demand to reject the bill as an excessively large rights restriction therefore does not align with the plan. The plan's core commitment is that those who have received a rejection shall leave the country as quickly as possible and that asylum legislation shall be at the minimum level according to EU law. The counter-proposal's objection that the new arrangement restricts rights too much would brake exactly the more efficient return that the plan requires.
