The plan requires action against workplace crime and that it shall never pay to gain competitive advantages by neglecting employees' conditions. The counter-proposal demands that a special occupational traffic inspectorate be established for the taxi industry. The plan instead wants to review and make existing government agencies' budgets more efficient to free up resources for prioritized tasks and drastically reduce red tape for companies.
